End-to-end planning from the day you book to your last dance. For couples who want one person to hold the whole vision, from the very first vendor call.
Includes everything in Bordeaux, plus:
- 1+ year of service and support
- Full vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract review
- Unlimited planning meetings and calls
- Complete design direction: mood boards, floor plans, and styling
- Budget built and managed from your very first conversation
- Venue sourcing support, if you haven't booked one yet
- A day-of coordination team, so you're a guest at your own event
Bordeaux
Partial Planning / Month-Of

Starting six or more months out, for couples who have their date and venue locked in but want a guide for everything else.
Includes everything in Nice, plus:
- Vendor recommendations matched to your style and budget
- A shared, ongoing budget tracking spreadsheet
- Up to four planning check-in calls across your engagement
- One final planning meeting before the big day
- One site visit or walkthrough with your planner
- A design concept and mood board for your day

Day-Of Coordinating

For couples who've planned everything themselves and want a professional to take the reins in the final stretch, so you're a guest at your own wedding.
- An initial meeting (30 minutes), two weeks before the wedding
- One planning call (60 to 90 minutes) to walk through your vision and vendor list
- Timeline built and distributed starting four to six weeks before the wedding
- Confirmation calls and emails with every contracted vendor
- Rehearsal walkthrough, in person or virtual, on request
- Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day
- Day-of emergency kit
- Single point of contact for all vendors on the day, so nothing routes back to you
- Email support from the day you book
